I visited this shop on Thursday 15th May and needed to write this review. There was a lady of advanced years doing her shopping and although obviously very capable she needed a little extra help. The staff member in the shop - I think her name was Julie - showed such respect and kindness. She helped the lady grab the last few bits she needed and even called her a taxi. They were obviously on first name terms and it was apparent that the older lady knew that to come and get her shopping here means she will be supported and continue to be able to be independent. I think a moment of kindness like this should be recognised.

Only moved to Littlemoor and this shop has really made me feel welcomed. Every single staff member is so incredibly friendly and the shop always looks great. This shop goes through a lot; angry customers, thieves and drunks but they still always have a smile on all their faces. This shop went through a traumatic event yesterday yet they were still open doing their best. I honestly never want to leave littlemoor because I don?t want to lose this shop. You guys are incredible and are doing a great job. Thank you :)

Store is fine, Variable customer service. Checkout staff are usually good. Store manager (Mark) is excellent and runs a tight ship. But when the young blond man is running the shop, it's not so much. Popped in for one item and the supervisor was talking loudly about his romantic status, before moving on to bad-mouthing his 'ex'. When I got to the till, the new guy behind the counter flatly ignored me whilst enthralled by his young boss' romantic shenanigans, until finally acknowledging me. Not what I expect.

Very handy morrisons right on my doorstep so if I run out of bread or milk it's handy. I like getting my costa takeaway from here as well the staff are very friendly here.

Easy and well laid out store. The only problem was the staff member I was greeted and served by I believe her name was Katherine. She was sorting out the coffee machine in the doorway on her phone speaking very loudly about what sounded like her daughter. I heard her swear 2 or 3 times and people didn't seem bothered like this was normal practice. Very odd.

Whenever i have shopped the staff have been very helpful and take into account that i have disablement difficulties but want to do as much as i can without holding up any queue behind me. Sometimes it is quicker to hand over the bag and these wonderful staff will place my shopping inside for me. I pay and then get out of the way for the next customer.
