Pleasant staff. The shop looks small but has a back area that has two levels. Those with mobility issues may struggle. Lots on offer but a bit expensive on some items. £4.00 for Mcvitie chocolate digestives! That's one pack.... good for various bits though. Very handy.

Would like to say a BIG thank you to the 2 lovely ladies who were on shift yesterday morning (long dark hair and blonde hair - didn?t get their names) who helped me to retrieve my parcel that had been incorrectly delivered by Evri to the flat upstairs. Despite being busy they went above & beyond to help.
Unfortunately the same cannot be said about their colleague (short blonde hair) who was on shift the day before who was not very helpful. I have also experienced the same rude/unpleasant & unfriendly attitude on numerous other occasions when I have been served by her (and see from reviews that I am not the only customer to have experienced this). It actually makes me dread being served by her and definitely lacks customer service skills.
The other staff are fab and cannot do enough to help and make shopping/using the post office a very positive experience.

Not the first time I have been served by a member of staff called Paula and given the benefit of doubt for her attitude but today, definitely not. No customer service, no friendliness just barks questions at you. Attitude 100%, customer service 0%

Rude! Never use this shop unless everywhere else is closed. There are a couple of members of staff who have no Customer service skills, which is a shame for a local shop. I had stopped using them until a parcel arrived I had to collect! Never again

Just been humiliated by Paula in front of.other customers.about a parcel I had delivered there apparently the size was wrong! She is so rude and I am not the only one to.remark about her. Oh and so.unfriendly

I use the shop very regularly everyone who works there is really nice, but the last few times I?ve been I?ve been served by a newer staff member I think her name is Paula, she is so rude & unfriendly she?s really put me off going there. It?s not hard to smile, whatever happened to customer service.
