just brought a suit from the Weymouth store, get home and went to try the trousers on seen that they had already been worn, they where soiled with urine and had a strange smell. I am disgusted by this and feel physically sick.

Nice shop, but unfortunately every time we visit this store the customer service is lacking by that I mean none, staff don't acknowledge customers or guide customers. Some of the most rude staff I have come across. I feel it is lacking and having come from customer service I know how frustrating it can be but when the shop isn't busy with only a few customers in store there should be better customer service than the one we receive every time we come into store.

Matalan has changed a lot. Now it's a bit like a jumble sale. Hardly any room to walk between all the clothes they've crammed so much in. Won't bother to visit again.
