Martin & Co have been nothing short of exceptional. In particular, Georgia has been our guiding light throughout what has been both an unexpected chapter in our lives.
Due to personal circumstances I needed to return to the UK with my 3 children much earlier than planned, Georgia went above and beyond to make the transition as smooth as possible.

Terrible communication and any questions spark shady, unanswered responses. Getting a viewing with this agent is like trying to draw blood from a stone. Avoid if wanting to rent!
We called about a property within ten minutes of it being listed and have been refused a viewing. We did all the things we apparently needed which was to email over some questions (none of which the questions mention income amount and you would think that might be important!) I called and spoke to a snobby young woman who could not give me a straight answer as to why it was so difficult to arrange the viewing.
Ended up emailing again with our income which far exceeded the required amount, no response. Emailed for an update: no response. Absolutely zero reason for refusing us a viewing when we called so quickly. Just seems like a data farming hub. We thought the rent price was too good to be true! Avoid. Definitely don?t bother calling if you see a property you like!
We are realising that all estate agents have pretty much zero empathy and are chronic liars when it comes to people who are really just wanting to move home. Zero personalised help, farm your data and just want to look like they?ve done work for the day to their boss, helping nobody at all find somewhere new to live.

Georgia has been so amazing helping me find a property in a really short time (24hrs). I am so greatful to her as she was so lovely and supportive in helping find somewhere after being told I had a short time to leave my property i am in now.
I dont feel 5* is enough but that's the highest on here.
Honestly if anyone is wants to find somewhere new to call home I couldn't recommend martin &co and Georgia more.
