Customer service zero from this place. Workers overzealous with the headsets. Nothing worse than being in a shop and all the workers are sniggering to each other dotted over the shop. Don?t say hello or any basic courtesy, but manage to find the time to whisper and giggle over the head sets. Sort your staff out.

Probably one of the most uncomfortable shopping experiences ever. Staff saying inaudible things, laughing and giggling over the head sets. Only customer in the store and a tannoy message - announcing what happens to people that steal. The automated announcement was very loud and created a strange shopping experience. Staff are not particularly helpful - I see the need for headsets in this era of retail however - staff should understand how their behavior is being perceived.

Maybe stop your staff wittering on to each other via those ridiculous headsets and get them to concentrate on customers. The young man serving this evening was very rude, hardly acknowledged me, continued his conversation with his colleague 4 feet away via his headset and then nearly messed up my change as he clearly was not focused on me. I had to tell him how much change I was expecting!
Yes it's a thankless job sometimes but I have done it and I would never imagine ignoring a customer so blatantly.
Maybe a course in customer care might not go amiss?

Odd customer service just before closing time 28/3. Ignored at the counter by staff members seemingly on a social phone call. Told we couldn't have a particular item as he had already completed stock count - at this stage around 15-20 mins until close.

I have deliveries from Londis Abbotsbury Road through the Snappy Shopper app. They're quick, you don't have to book a slot. They've got pretty well everything you need. The deliveries come already packed in bags, which I'm very grateful for, you don't have to wait while the delivery person packs the items into your own bags or do it yourself like you have to with supermarket deliveries. If they make any mistakes, you can just ring them up and they rectify it immediately. Can't fault them, a terrific service.
