I went in the betting shop November 2024 and there was this girl with tight curls working and she was very rude and I haven?t been in since , her customer service takes alot to be desired terrible to the customers needs training

Absolutely appalled by my experience here tonight! We went in for 5 minutes while walking through the town! The man working was so rude to my sister therefore I looked at him the woman then was horrific and asked if I had a problem! To which I replied yes I was upset with how she was being! She was very hostile and very rude (this can be seen on cctv (hopefully you have audio cctv) I am extremely upset by this as I come to weymouth every year I have never experienced this much hostility!
