Always top service from Steve and the team, but this one is about Jacob in particular. I came in with 2 slow punctures on the same side, and once Steve got me sorted, within the same day, Jacob looked after me. He was able to tell me the best course of action for the tyre configuration, for the benefit of even tread and he was polite, friendly and super helpful. Really appreciated

This is the first time I used this garage for my MOT, I was really impressed, great customer service especially from Steve the manager, who explained my options when the car failed its MOT which I was expecting, an honest and trustworthy garage, I will definitely be using them again .

??Amazing service!
On our way to camping single mum with 2 young children (one with ASD). When I got a flat tyre, managed to be recovered to their shop with 20mins to spare before closing! Manager Steve Keogh was on the ready waiting outside with super quick service! Thank you!
Now we can continue our journey to holiday without needing to go home!

Had a service and not from a young apprentice called Jacob really chatty polite and explained everything really well as a apprentice he showed great communication skills and as a customer i was very impressed with the service from Jacob I certainly would use kwik fit again .

Popped into replace a tyre, Jacob had the tyre changed in no time. Jacob also spotted a bulge appearing on another tyre, if left could have caused a blow out, excellent service.

Although I'm a Kwikfit customer in my home town, I had to visit this branch while on holiday with my daughter when our air-conditioning failed during a heatwave. Although it was Sunday, very busy and we hadn't booked, they fitted us in, there and then, and we were back on the road an hour or so later, nice and cool. Lovely crew and nothing too much trouble. A true credit to the company.

Having got a tyre warning light on my dash I popped in to get my tyres looked at , Jacob was very helpful and checked all my tread and pressures and fitted a new tyre for me whilst I sat and waited ,very polite and quick service and advised on when my others would need changing
