BEWARE OF PREDATORY CAR PARK FINES
- YOU WILL be fined if you enter the car park outside of KFC operating hours (there is no gate. if you enter to simply read the sign, you will be fined)
- ONLY 60 minutes free parking (used to be 90 minutes)
This car park is run by Civil Enforcement UK, which are notorious for their predatory practises, and KFC take a cut of their profits.
I got fined for overstaying (because they quietly lowered the limit from 90 to 60 minutes) and payed the £60 "reduced charge" for paying within 14 days.
I'm privileged to afford to do so, but unfortunately Civil Enforcement UK will rake in cash from people who struggle to pay the reduced amount within 14 days, and therefore demand a full £100, or take them to court.
EV chargers (which are swiched on 24/7) are placed in the car park, but users will be fined if they enter the car park outside of KFC opening hours. HOW IS THIS EVEN LEGAL?
Sort it out KFC, you're setting yourself up for some seriously bad press here.

I received a £100 parking fine for staying in the car park for 1h 16m. Can you confirm that the parking sign does in fact say 90 minutes?

Worst service in ages didn't get all the meals ordered. Lesson learnt again don't use drive through so you ca actually check meals

Went in today and wasn?t sure what to order. The young lady behind the counter, Ellise, was very helpful and suggested the new stuffing burger box tower meal. She was extremely pleasant throughout the whole interaction, smiling and laughing the whole time. The food arrived promptly and was fresh and hot, and the hot chocolate was delicious. Well done KFC, and thank you Ellise for being so patient with someone as indecisive as me.

Can only order at self service kiosks- only 1 of 3 kiosks working. No cash payments taken. Waited 25 minutes, food was cold. Restaurant dirty. Only 3 others in restaurant and 2 just eat orders so they weren?t busy. Just terrible now. They gave us a box of popcorn chicken as an apology.
