I ordered something before Christmas from Howleys but via Debenhams. Through no fault of either, Royal Mail lost the parcel. I contacted Debenhams initially who liased with Howleys. Howleys contacted me directly to personally sort a replacement, it was fast and efficient, and the person I spoke to was absolutely lovely.Really excellent customer service!!

I have to say what an exceptional place this is. I reluctantly gave feedback on an issue in store but I received a personal apology and a gift for my granddaughter which was so appreciated. Your shop is a child's dream and we will be back for my granddaughter to spend her birthday money..... thankyou again.

Brilliant service! I ordered a gift just before Christmas and it arrived right on time. I did have one small issue regarding the toy, which was nothing to do with the shop but they went above and beyond to help. Highly recommended!

Full of toys for all ages with a good selection, check the prices as I looked at 2 similar toys and bought the cutest looking but didn't notice it was dearer until the tills

(Ordered online) I requested a specific item in an assortment and they contacted me, going above & beyond to give me something similar which i really appreciate!They arrived well packaged and i even got an extra goodie inside, cannot recommend enough and will definitely be shopping again :)

Ordered rocker for grandson birthday and a walker for my granddaughter for Christmas. Paid for next day delivery which they advertise if ordered before 1pm guaranteed next day delivery. My order was placed just after 9 needless to say order didn?t arrive. Was impressed with the speed they responded to my email and they did refund me my postage.When order arrived was it was incorrect. Came in the middle of 1 year old chaos birthday Baby walker didn?t arrive but a sit on bus came. It was opened in error as husband thought it was for my grandson . Won?t take it back as they say had been used and offered me a partial refund . I now out of pocket as paying for something. I didn?t want and still have to buy my granddaughter a present . I don?t know what the shop is like but I certainly won?t be buying anything online from them again
