We went to the Halfords store in Weymouth. The dales assistant Richard was outstanding. Previously went to Dorchester branch. They need to learn about customer service from Richard.Shop in Weymouth not in Dorchester

Store was fine but purchased tyre inflator absolute rubbish as wouldn?t turn on. Halfords chat service the worst I have ever experienced and I can only assume very poor training. No explanation as to why certain information needed and clearly didn?t pay attention. The whole point of buying from Halfords was to avoid am*z**n but they do have better customer service

I normally dread going into halfords . But my goodness what a wonderful service by the gentle man that helped me get the wiper blades for my car. From. The moment I walked in he asked if he could help me told him what I wanted. He sorted me out within minutes. So happy and pleasant. Outstanding customer service.
