Ordered a part on eBay, accepted the discounted price after it said seller offered a cheaper price whilst I was watching it so I ordered. I then waited till last day of delivery window to be told they can?t find it. However they relisted the same part the a day or two after( a painted body panel) so I guess they didn?t really want to sell it for the discounted price

The service was excellent, the driver very professional and courteous. The pre agreed sum was paid promptly, by the time the car was on the lorry the cash was in the bank.

My experience with GP Metals & Spares couldn't have been easier. Office called to arrange a time with me, then on the day I had a courtesy call before arriving. Car picked up by friendly staff and had patience whilst I emptied the last bits out of the car.
Furthermore they went above and beyond as I completely forgot to remove the tracker from my keys, the lady in the office (apologies terrible with names) said not to worry and returning without an issue.
Payment received within time period agreed.

A few bad reviews on here. But from own experience everything was smoothly done. Called to arrange for my car to be picked up on Friday. Car collected on Tuesday. Full amount paid on Wednesday. Really easy service. Thank you GP Metals :)

Bought a Vauxhall fan from their eBay store, upon opening item seen bad wear on fan impeller, returned item and now there claiming the item was a different one from what they sent out ?, but of a scam if you ask me

I want to warn everyone about this scrapyard, I dropped off a car shell I waited 2 weeks for my money, after many phone calls they paid me, but not the full amount. The woman in the office was very rude. I do not recommend this business and warn everyone about it
