Not the best garden centre I have been in, Frist its badly signposted from the road and you can easily mission the turning most of the gifts and plants all seem to be a pound or two dearer than others.

First time we visited this cafe, food was fantastic and staff very friendly. Katie was very helpful and accommodating with my dietary restrictions. Would highly recommend.

I ordered the club sandwich which was very disappointing. It was supposed to be on toasted bread, but was soggy and wet. The chicken was tasteless (looked like it had been boiled) and the bacon was very fatty and undercooked. I ordered a side of triple cooked chips which weren?t up to the usual standard. I didn?t mention this to a member of staff who was polite and asked if there was anything he could do, but I said no because the food had put me off.
Access to the toilets are a long way to walk for someone elderly who doesn?t yet need a wheelchair. I feel that there should be a toilet located at the shop end of the premises. Unfortunately I don?t think that I will visit again.

Absolutely fabulous lunch cakes and drinks, there?s was quite a lot of us and nothing was a problem. Everything arrived exactly as it should in a timely manner. Mainly looked after by a lady called Alarna who was nothing but perfectly polite and efficient. Would definitely arrange another family meet up in the cafe restaurant here. Well done team at Goulds

Went to the cafe on Tuesday 16th july the caramel latte was weak and not very warm. Had a tuna sandwich and a prawn sandwich both could of done with some seasoning and more mayo the prawns were tough the bread was to thick... And it was not cheap dont think will eat there again..

I had lunch in the café at Goulds. Pasty, chunky chips and salad. The staff were friendly, the food came swiftly, was perfectly cooked and presented. The atmosphere was very relaxing and the prices were average. I sat outside and enjoyed the company of some cheeky sparrows too.

4 of us ladies went to goulds garden centre today. They made a total balls up of our order. One was correct. One had chips she didn't order. One had chips way before the sandwich and one got nothing at all. She eventually got her sandwich but had to ask where her chips were. They weren't very busy either. Food was good but don't think we'll be going back anytime soon.

Me and my Boston Terrier Olive always experience such a wonderful welcome from the Goulds Garden Centre team (especially Jane and Claire). They always bring a smile to my face (and Olive's!) Thank you for always making us feel so welcome.

My wife and I popped in to take advantage of the breakfast special offer,all I can say I am glad it was on special offer because it was one of the worst breakfasts I have ever had. Hash browns soggy, cold plate, beans barely warm, sausage looked and tasted like it was reheated from the day before , who ever decided to include thyme and garlic mushrooms on an english breakfast clearly knows nothing about cooking. The toast was sat in the watery juice from the insipid coloured scrambled egg and went soggy. The 2 stars were for the waitress who was very nice but not her fault. Would I eat there again or recommend. NO
