Danny created an absolutely stunning engagement ring for me. I think he knew what I wanted more than I did!! It was made extra special by using some of the gold and diamonds from my nans engagement ring.
It was a really enjoyable experience and I will definitely be back now I know we can make our own wedding rings as well!!

Couldn't be happier with the entire process of getting a custom made engagement ring with Danny from good as gold.
From the initial meeting he was great to work with put me at ease. He was able to design a bespoke piece on the fly from a few prompts.
Throughout the remainder of the process from sourcing the diamond, sending design renders the the incredible finished product we couldn't be happier.
My partner said yes and I encourage anyone considering to 100% back danny in.
He crafted the ring of our dreams and we will certainly go back for the next ones

I've had a puzzle ring for many years and it's taken a battering over that time. It was damaged beyond repair, or so I thought. I had an engagement ring made by Danny at Good as Gold Jewellery at the end of summer 2023. Amazingly, he was able to reproduce the ring from a photo, while also taking into consideration other design features I wanted. The ring turned out to be stunning and amazingly she said yes! We took my grandmothers engagement ring to Good as Gold as we were hoping to create unique pieces of jewellery for each of her great granddaughters. Poppy created four stunning pieces with the gold and diamonds, each unique and perfectly matched to what we asked for. The ring had huge sentimental value and it was a wonderful way to make sure each great granddaughter had something to cherish and pass on to future generations.

Danny could not be a more talented, skilled goldsmith. We have had many pieces made or repaired by him over the years when other jewellers nearer to home had said it couldn?t be done! We?ve just collected a chain - link style men?s ring which he spent many hours fixing and rebuilding. My hubbys face when he got this special ring back (better than new!) was priceless. Took my wife?s gold chain link necklace that had developed a bad link twist and Daniel sorted the problem out in less than 5 minutes.
We had previously taken the necklace into a Dorchester jewellers who sent it to their ?repairer? who reported that it was unrepairable!
