From entering the Weymouth store I was greeted politely and professionally by Tom he dealt with my enquiries and I purchased an iPhone 16pro max, the level of attentiveness and professionalism by the whole team (Tom,Sam,and Shelley) was 100% and I was soon walking out with my new phone a very very happy customer, a very big thank you to Tom(floating Tom),Sam(small angry man)and Shelley(small angry mum)

As an EE customer this has to be the worst store I have been into. Only just stepped into the store and got pounced on with sales patter. Then I was left alone for about 20 seconds before the 2nd member of staff had their go and didn't like hearing no for an answer when I was just looking for my upcoming upgrade. Needless to say I will be switching networks soon

Couldn't realistically have asked for more from the staff member, Tom, sorted out my recontract, and answered all my questions about home wifi and TV matters. Going back at the end of the month to do the same with my broadband and TV.

Two stars because Fred and Jasmine have been helpful.Isaac should consider a different line of work, as he is both unknowledgeable and dismissive, along with being untruthful and misleading to my spouse who set up our contracts. We really regret getting EE. Once our contract ends, we'll find a different provider. Isaac could have easily helped me determine the issue with my phone, saving me time and a huge amount of hassle figuring it out on my own, but simply defaulted to check your account, pointed to me the wrong thing in my account to boot, and didn't really seem to care when I asked further questions.What's the point of walking into a shop if the customer service rep doesn't want to assist customers with problems? If you sell a product, back it up with actual service. Don't make your customers spend hours trying to work out why things don't appear to be working, please.
