My step father lost his car keys so we sent a spare set from DHL Express Weymouth to an address in Plymouth last Friday at 2.00pm. It is now 10.30 Tuesday and he still hasn't received them. We could have walked there quicker and delivered them by hand.
I seriously think you should rethink about using the word Express in you Brand name.

This is shocking. Cannot drive all the way to town centre, walk into the shop and get told that over 3 to 4 shop attendants in the shop have not been trained on dhl so they canâ??t do for me.

Very bad experience, I travel all way from Portland to send a parcel and no one was qualified for DHL service. They ask to comeback 3 days later to send the parcel. I just give up from DHL and try UPS instead.
