Great coffee

Through the dozens of times I've been here, they have almost always gotten my orders wrong. Beinf rather simple orders too, they evidently do not care and are well aware of the fact. For example one laughed and softly spoke about how my drink was the incorrect flavour, but still gave it to me anyway. The coffee tastes weak and lifeless, however the food is standard for Costa food and the cafe itself is clean and peaceful.

Went with son and gf and remembered why I don't go Costa. No staff interaction, very little tables cleared and cleaned, smelly toilet and overpriced. Toasties left whilst doing other orders and meal Deal not clear tbh

Its very expensive here. No where to stand and que as you seem to be in every ones way.What I saw of the tables where full of trays and cups, food its not that nice..the coffee tasted as if it was burnt coffee and, the toilets where blocked and not working. It was packed full when I went to just grab a coffee as I was in rush. Never again.

A good size Costa coffee shop that has both indoor and outdoor seating that sell a wide range of hot & cold food items, a selection of cakes plus a wide range of hot and cold beverages, I ordered a medium latte with a slice of carrot cake from the quite unwelcoming server who seemed to prefer talking with her colleagues rather than to serve any customers, after paying I took my tray but noticed that so many tables hadn't been cleared so I just found one and took a seat, I had a sip of my drink but it just resembled luke warm milk with no coffee taste to it, i then tried a bite of my cake which seemed to be dry and quite hard, an overall disappointing experience.

Very disappointing experience. Filthy tables & poor service. Ordered food and had to ask for cutlery and it was dirty (had to ask that they be replaced). No napkins. Asked for a glass of water and not given. My flat white was horrible. Not what I am used to getting in other Costas.

Currently on holiday in Dorset, Came in today for lunch with the family. Gave me the opportunity to use up some of the free drinks I had saved up. Food was great and family enjoyed the drinks Staff very friendly and whole place had a calm and a friendly atmosphere.

Typical Costa closes way too early and way too few comfy chairs sofa directly below the air conditioning, making it chilly on a typical British summer day (sunny and very windy).
