Through the dozens of times I've been here, they have almost always gotten my orders wrong. Beinf rather simple orders too, they evidently do not care and are well aware of the fact. For example one laughed and softly spoke about how my drink was the incorrect flavour, but still gave it to me anyway. The coffee tastes weak... read full comment

Went with son and gf and remembered why I don't go Costa. No staff interaction, very little tables cleared and cleaned, smelly toilet and overpriced. Toasties left whilst doing other orders and meal Deal not clear tbh
