Me and my husband have had an amazing experience buying a property through Connells Weymouth (with some support from Natalie in the Dorchester branch who we also couldn?t recommend enough)! Robbie and Jay have particularly spent a lot of time and effort in the process, especially since we are first time buyers and this was all new to us. So a big thank you again! As a first-time homebuyer and someone relatively new to the UK, I initially approached the mortgage advisor Natalie Froster just to explore my options?honestly thinking I wouldn?t be eligible for a mortgage. But from the very first meeting, she was incredibly supportive, knowledgeable, and reassuring.
She took the time to walk me through the entire mortgage process step by step, explaining everything clearly and patiently. Her guidance made what seemed like a daunting journey feel completely manageable. Thanks to her hard work and dedication, I was not only approved for a mortgage but also successfully completed my home purchase in November 2024.
I?m truly grateful for her help and would highly recommend her to anyone?especially first-time buyers who might be unsure of where to start. Her expertise and encouragement made all the difference.

Waste of time miss sold auction as not explained then tell me it's the auction house not them but signed with them confusing and very arrogant I ended up doing the showing as they could not be bothered also waiting for showing did not tell me they had canceled and on way home as I'm awaiting for them to come had to phone office to see if it was still going on waste of time

Wow .. what can I say, I only rang connells for a bit of advice on buying a property as a first time buyer, Anthony the mortage advisor asked me to pop in for a chat , he stayed super late for us as we finish work late, he went through all the details with us and managed to get us a Mortgage approved with in 12 days!!! Anthony also set up all of our insurances and got us in touch with the solicitors who also got the ball moving very quickly. We was in our new home with in 8 weeks all thanks to Anthony and the team at connells and couldn't recommend them enough, they check up on you during the progress and have same day answers for Any chasing ... thank you again for making this a stress free progress :)

Very professional and friendly service. Clare marketed my property expediently and managed to secure two buyers within just one week.
