Met with cheery smiles by staff. I was served by a smiling Bryony who measured my feet on request and helped with shoe selection. I had to wait for appropriately sized shoes to be delivered to the shop but they were available the next day. A highly satisfactory experience.

Had 2 kids' feet measured. Very friendly, helpful lady who measured their feet, then suggested shoes that would suit each child. Had stock for both kids. Feet thoroughly checked in the new shoes. 1 pair was in the sale. Great experience.

This shop in Weymouth are truly amazing ? so helpful nothing was too much. I went having trawled on line shops and many in Weymouth to buy shoes for my mum who has very swollen feet and Dementia. Freya and the team put themselves out from the beginning ? helping me to access the shop with her in a wheelchair. Freya found a range of wide shoes and patiently waited while my Mum tried them , changed her mind etc? at no point did she show any frustration. My mum had a lovely shopping experience and has recommended to all ?
She also ended up with shoes that fit and are comfortable ?Well be back ?
