“I purchased a Google Pixel 8 phone from this shop on New Year's eve but then l discovered the phone has issues with connecting to WiFi. Searching online, it turned out the problem is a known issue that lots of people have had with even the brand new phones so it wasn't because the one had was second hand. Tried all the fixes people suggested online but nothing worked. Took the phone back to CEX the next day and the phone had 2 year warranty so they checked it and agreed that there was indeed a problem with connecting to WiFi. They refunded the full amount without any issues and were very good mannered about it. Really appreciated the way they handled everything, excellent customer service and I highly recommend them.
