Lovely staff! always happy to make exactly what you want and always friendly. I always get good service and coffee is really good!! Im hooked on the pistacio latte! Filthy good with whipped cream and pistachio pieces. My favourite coffee. I couldn't function without it. And I recommend the pastrys. Always fresh and and dare I say. Moist. Lol ? upstairs is quiant. quiet and cosy. Quality little cafe. ?

Caffe Nero have decent coffee, but the place is dirty, they don't clear the tables and wipe them, we have to clear a table and wipe it with a wet wipe.

My first time in a Caffè Nero. It?s also my first time not finishing a slice of chocolate cake. It was dry, tasteless, really inedible. As for the luxury hot chocolate? rather watery. My fault entirely, so much for chain coffee shops? Service was very slow; staff otherwise kind.

I popped in just now to order a Hot Chocolatr and Blueberry Muffin to take away. The Barista working early this morning was a real tonic, such a lovely man - it makes a massive difference when you get amazing and engaged service. You don't know what someone has been through and to be polite and involved with your customers is invaluable.
