Easily the best beauticians in the area. I have received many comments about how gorgeous my nails are, it's just a shame they can't see my matching toes!!! I almost fell asleep during the head massage. The staff are wonderful. They stay up to date with the new techniques and are constantly training the staff to stay ahead of the game.

I?ve been going to Breeze for my intimate waxing for six months now. Helen is incredibly warm and professional and the service is 10/10. I look forward to my appointments each month and would recommend to anyone wanting a friendly salon with a wide range of services. Thanks Helen!

Absolutely disgraceful. They should really tell you beforehand that you're going to be used as a guinea pig and still pay full price to have a treatment done by an unqualified person and suffer injury. I booked in for an arm wax and eyebrow lamination. The first lady said she was going to do my arm wax while the new girl watched and learnt which I was more than happy with. She did the first arm perfectly as expected. She then said that the new girl actually knew how to do arm wax and said she was going to do my second arm and left the room. The girl had absolutely no idea what she was doing. She was hurting my skin so badly, constantly pulling in the wrong direction of hair groth and took a big layer of skin off the inside of my arm. The first lady had to come back in and of course finish the job properly. It took 3 times as long as it should have. My arm was absolutely red raw by the end of it. I got no apology and was still charged full price. I raised my concerns and was met with passive and dismissive replies. She apparently thought nothing was wrong. I got my arms waxed here every month when Ashleigh worked here, but after the way I was treated today I absolutely will not be returning. I cancelled my eyebrow lamination which I was going to have afterwards because I felt like I wanted to burst in to tears with frustration and didn't want to be subjected to any more trials. I understand that everyone has to learn, but a paying customer who was put on the spot is not the correct way to do it. If I had even been offered an apology or refund I wouldn't have left this review but the disgraceful way she treated me has left me fuming. As you can see from my account, I don't ever leave reviews, I have never felt the need to until today! That's how angry I am.

I visited Breeze today and had a facial and full body massage and my daughter had her fingers and toes painted.From start to finish, the whole experience was amazing. I visited Breeze today and had a appointment with Ashleigh for nail extensions with builder gel. After years of badly applied acrylic nails my natural nails were thin, broken, cracked and wouldn?t grow at all so I really wasn?t expecting much to be done, but I?m so pleased! Ashleigh has made my nails look and feel amazing and she was so kind and careful with my sensitive nails. Ashleigh took time and patience to make sure I was happy with my nails and am really thrilled with the result.
