Tidy pharmacy and staff were helpful

Shocked at the care standards of this pharmacy. Due to our GP?s error, we were out of his prescription milk. We rang everywhere. This pharmacy had it in stock, so we drove from Yeovil to there (they were aware of this). We were told the pharmacist goes on lunch at 1:30. I ran in at 1:26, 3 month baby screaming & hungry. Was told no we now need to wait until 2. So my baby had to wait an extra half an hour screaming & crying to save 4 minutes. We then went back in and told ?it?s 2 minutes to 2, you have to wait.? I hope the pharmacist had a lovely relaxing 4 minutes extra lunch break while our baby was in distress.

Great service, friendly and helpful. Got my prescription in 6mins. From walking in and walking out. Great job.

Have used this pharmacy for over 20 years and was very sad that I felt I needed to change to a closer pharmacy for the future. I have only ever had excellent, helpful and professional service from this branch of Boots. Thank you.

Because of Mariah..I've been looking for surgical stockings ..Not for me..But my beloved Stan Lee..My cat who has cost £1500,,in the last three months get bills.Endless trips too the said vets,blood test,teeth cleaned loads of antiobiotics..And a £1500 bill too boot.A dog bite.Open wound which wouldn't heal.Spent time and money trawling ,endless shops,given useless advice just oovsrll their products,most of which wasn't up too scratch..!And binned.fobbed off in other words.!But thought of Mariah .Popped in on the off chance...And brought my surgical stockingSingular.And lo and behold using Enuba honey and stopping him in a second removing all the useless plaster,and collar which came off with two minutes and went back too pets at home twice as fast ..The surgical stocking follows the contours if his head...And he cannot infect the wound.And hopefully it's healing..It's cheaper too buy at Morrisons.But Mariah was a star...And that's what lacking in today's shops.Assistants who know what their talking about..Don't get me started on the Range..!!!

Went above and beyond to sort out prescription before it ran out! Originally used Asda who are never open so changing over to this one as they are always so helpful and reassuring. Very knowledgeable and open when they are meant to be!

I have never been to a boots like it ...The actual pharmacist are brilliant but the rest of the staff are judgemental and rude.My doctors recommended that I should move but I have mental health and this is the closest one
