They are all very friendly and polite. Staff makes you feel welcome. I have been to Belissima several times for a wash and dry. Hair cut, perm , hair tone etc.I been left down by Sonia when I been recommended a hair treatment at home.Sonia?s recommendation and instructions were very wrongly given and I end up having my hair breaking everytime I brushed my hair.I have spent nearly 9 hours at the salon to have hair highlights and short haircut. I was left very disappointed with my hair colour results. The hair cut was perfectly fine but the highlights I couldn?t believe it. Sonia did try to fix bleaching my hair again but hasn?t worked. Paid nearly £100 for a short haircut and highlights.Took me several months to achieve the colour I have asked for but my hair was already in a bad condition and I nearly shaved my hair. Forced to have my hair with a very short haircut.The most disappointing event it was when Sonia offered myself a full body massage voucher with Kim and when I tried to use it I been informed by Kim that Sonia doesn?t want me to enter her salon. I ended up giving the voucher to a friend who has already used the voucher. Following this I been informed by another Sonia?s client that Sonia has disclosed to her my health condition and been spreading malicious rumours about myself. When I decided to advise Sonia to stop making false allegations. Sonia decided to knock on my front door and in front of my young children said She will break my face after I refused to talk to her and my husband asked her to leave.I couldn?t believe it. That my health condition has been exposed to Sonia?s clients at the hair salon.Services: Blowouts

My 5 year old had a haircut, the haircut was amazing and the staff lovely but all she had was cut from shoulder length to a Bob and no washing or product and I was charged £25 which I'm just not understanding, so for that reason I wont be using them againService: Hairstyling
