Well customer service is not a thing here went in this morning and to order some flooring and asked for advice one of the assistants was very grumpy and did not want to help and his facial expressions indicates he was not interested in helping and it was the right department to ask for help very disappointing ? expected more from customer service ?.

It's a BQ. You will find what you have gone there to get (You would find things a lot quicker if things were sign posted a bit better) But it's the same layout in mostly all BQ's. So im sure you won't get lost looking. Stock is pretty good. My only fault with Weymouth BQ is actually finding a helpful member of staff when you want one. It's happened a few times now that I got fed up looking for a staff member I gave up my thinking and just left. Sure they was some staff "Hiding"Somewhere in the store and no it wasn't team talk time ?

Easy to get to with ample parking. Could be laid out better. I was looking for artificial grass in gardening but found it under the trade building supplies
