“Called Kwik Fit today with a car engine failure which Green Flag were unable to repair. Steve Keogh (the manager) was extremely helpful and promised that if we could get the vehicle to him today, he would fix it. He ordered the parts needed and when we arrived, his engineer (Dave) got into it straight away. They called us once the diagnosis was complete and explained the options available to us. They managed to fix the issue well enough for us to get home (our main aim). At all times, they were both helpful, sympathetic and knowledgeable. Brilliant service!”

Armed only with the manky remains of the old one, specialist suppliers like this can be a bit daunting for females, especially when, as in this case, I had no real idea of what to ask for. The Member of staff who served me was pleasant, helpful and found me an exact match in stock..
