Had a really lovely experience with Team Austin! The viewings with Lisa and Alex were great, not pushy/salesy and just genuinely nice people. For everything sales process related I had the pleasure of dealing with Jada, who was very switched on, went above and beyond and overall had the patience of an angel. I'm a first time buyer and it wasn't very straightforward (chain issues), but Jada answered every question and sorted every detail quickly and professionally.

We viewed a couple of properties through Austins and sadly missed out on the property we initially wanted. However, after this happened Austins called us to let us know about a new property coming to the market which we could have a look at early, as we missed out on the last. This just happens to be the house I'm sitting and living in now! Great work from the team and special thanks to Jada who helped us with issues we encountered with conveyancing during the purchase.
