At Asda, where I go shopping every evening, they asked me to take my bag and belongings away like a thief. When I asked what was wrong, I claimed that I had bought wine, so I allowed them to check my bag and bags. When I couldn't find anything in the bag, I asked her to apologize, but she looked at me as if she were insulting. I saw this lady for the first time in this market. She is trying to be a hero, but some people do not know. He lives for his dignity and pride, but later I remembered that he did this because of my skin color, I don't know.

The stock control is poor with items frequently unavailable, especially fresh produce. Offers aren't always clear, and staff are rude/disinterested.

I was really impressed by the service I received at the Asda pharmacy today. I needed to get an iron supplement and was worried about the ingredients. The pharmacist/pharmacy staff was really person centred, caring, considerate and professional and carefully checked to ensure that the ingredients would be acceptable to me. Excellent service and also great value for money

After doing a large shop which included one bottle of wine plus energy drinks, a delightful jobsworth of an employee decides to ID me and my friend (we?re 31 and 32). I (the one who was paying) showed my driving license, but because my friend didn?t have ID, they refused us energy drink and wine! Absolutely unbelievable when we quite clearly look over 18! I asked the employee what would have happened if I bought my child with me, but apparently that?s ok, they?d serve it to me! They didn?t want to risk my 32 year old friend overdosing on energy drink and a glass of wine, just in case I shared it! Went to sainsburys to buy the stuff they refused me with no issues!! Never shopping at asda again!

Awful experience in the cafe, rude staff and try charging for things we didn?t have, then moaned when we caught them out. Made me wait ages for my money back they incorrectly charged me, then I was served the worst plate of food I?ve ever seen. No salt in the cafe at all then when I asked they said you can buy some in store! Would service and will never shop here again just because of this.

First of all let me start by saying we came in around 7pm so was the end of the day. There was products still in stock which was okay. The worst thing here is the untidiness of the shelves ( having worked in retail I understand the importance to the customer on how the shop looks). There was boxes , plastic trays everywhere and nothing was pulled forward to look nice. The urge I had to pull stuff forward was unbearable as I love doing it.
