I actually asked for helpNot for myself...!But for my sick cat .whoses just cost well over £1500 , in vets bills in three months.And luck be have it,because he wouldn't say boobtoo a goose.Got bit by a dog in our back garden.His wound is deep and open too the elements.Too reassure you first thing Monday back again too said vets,too have it seuterred.!!Another god's know what.But I asked one if the so called " professional",counter staff,what dressing and what gauze I could use too close the bite so he wouldn't get infected again and again.She told me too but theses...!!!Both totally useless ..The plaster didn't stick and the bandage was meant for a budgie..Let alone s full size cat.So a total waste of time and more importantly money.I could have gone too Timothy whites and got the real deal and my Stan Lee would be more comfortable tonight.If staff are going to be dispensing medicine and help make sure they have a modicum if training and sense .!!It's people lives and pets' at stake not a bunch of bananas. ..

Disgusting behaviour by a staff member called L.Leah with frizzy black hair working at Asda pharmacy.She gave no apology in regards to the problem I was addressing, she just gave me excuses.And on discussing Mental health she said it was stupid and put two thumbs up. Absolutely mortified that you have Collegues like that working for a service that should be helping people.No wounder it has a 1 Star rating, I am appalled.

My prescription was sent over at 11am from a emergency dentist. Went down at half 12 first and Waited in queue for over 40 minutes to be told the pharmacy was shutting and to come back at half 3. Went back down at 5 in the queue for another 30 minutes to be told to come back at 7. This isn't the first time this has happened. . I needed antibiotics for a abscess . This service is ridiculous. Other people being told to come back that were elderly and vulnerable.

Terrible experience. I came here on GP advice, the pharmacist wouldn't even come out to see me, he clearly didn't want anything to do with it and spoke to me from behind the back counter saying it would need a GP referral. 4 hours later I returned to pick up my prescription from the GP, had to wait in a huge queue only to be told "it's hard for us to dispense right now" what even is that? One person was told to come back the next day, another person was told to wait 30 mins and then I was sold something I could have bought over the counter 4 hours earlier. Ridiculous waste of everyone's time

Very bad, I can count so many times as a disabled man with 1 leg going to pharmacy on my mobility scooter and it's Shut during the day. I hope it gets better soon as its only 1 of 2 I can use in this town.

I'm not one to usually leave reviews.I hardly ever need to go but every single time I do, or go with my mum to collect, I am always having to wait minimum 30mins but usually around 1hr. I've worked in a dispensary and cannot understand why they are so unorganized and slow.My recent experience included needing to collect a script - they were understaffed and had a sign saying it would be an hour wait. Annoying but understandable. I waited. I was then told it was in the 'cloud' and had not been pulled into their system yet. My script had been sent to them early afternoon and I was there around 8pm and it still had not even been pulled onto the system. I was told they would make me a priority and I could come in a little earlier in the morning before they open at 9.30am to collect it.The pharmacist struts in at 9.45am so of course there is already a queue. No apology or explanation from the staff just casually faff around opening the shutters which were broken before dealing with their customers. After queuing and hearing them tell people "its ready but need to make adjustments" (which I don't know about you but to me means it is in fact not ready) among other things indicating it's not been done, i arrive hoping, not expecting, mine to be ready as promised and of course i have to wait at least 30 minutes. May as well just rejoin the back of the queue which is 10min per person (I timed it). People left the queue and i would have too, if I didn't know I'd have to go through this nonsense again.I then get told that they don't have the full amount for me, I have to come back tomorrow. So for one prescription I have had to drive and go to Asda three times. Whose paying for my petrol?They show no respect for people's time and the management skills are extremely poor. As I said I used to work in dispensary and I understand there is a process and in some situations it cannot be helped. But this service is a whole other level. Not even an apology or recognition of wasting people's time.I will be changing pharmacies and unless you have time to spare or just enjoy hanging around Asda, I highly recommend you find another pharmacy. Asda may be closer or open later but I guarantee you won't be waiting as long and have a smoother service.

Rude staff who seem to think they are Dr,s. After cueing several times finally get to the counter to be told I should just try paracetamol instead... half the time they don't have what you need and if they do have what you need they decide you don't need it! Don't waste your time there unless you are about to die and have no choice find and actual chemist that knows what they are doing

The reviews I've read are pretty spot on. I've not had to get many prescriptions from this pharmacy but each time it's never been straightforward, and that's after a long wait queuing. If you go late to avoid the queues, you're asked to come back the next day. I'm asking my surgery change pharmacy.

Can you answer your phone for once please?. We did phone you and you picked up but there was no answer, all we could hear was background noise. We were on call for about 15 minutes until one of you hung it up. And then, you picked up and then immediately hung up (again). Can you actually pick up the phone and acknowledge us instead of hanging up and not caring at all. I can see why nobody uses this pharmacy, because it?s rubbish.

Absolutely dreadful service after waiting in queue to be told come back in 30mins and queue up again.! No other Pharmacy treats customers like the staff at this one - Avoid at all costs !!

If i could give zero stars i would went there for emergency prescription to get sone insulin took around half an hour to talk to receptionist and then another 1 hour or more to get some insulin, to the staff instead of talking things not related to the job you could improve your service,not recommending this place to someone who needs some emergency prescription if you got a couple of hours to waste crack on make sure to get a book aswell.
