Phoned ahead and stopped off in my campervan. Free if you eat in pub, and we'll worth it, I had their burger wow it was lovely and the chips were proper chips, a good selection of beers, and the setting is awesome, albeit it was raining during the evening, the views in the morning were fantastic. Will def go back.

Awesome pub. Massive beer garden with weekend events. Friendly staff and customers. Veggie roast was outstanding. The pub is quite small so I recommend to head there on a sunny day, sit anywhere outside and enjoy the marvellous view across the Dorset hills, you won't regret it.

Very warm welcome, friendly staff, excellent food and a good selection of beers. We were a large party of 10 and felt well looked after and they were very accommodating of the special dietary needs of one person in the group. A welcoming free house with beautiful gardens offering views across the stunning Dorset countryside. We offer two 4* ensuite rooms within the main building and glamping in the summer. We serve fresh, seasonal food and a variety of local and international ales, ciders and wines. Dog friendly in the garden, bar and main restaurant.
