Pleasant welcome, good toasted sandwich and coffee for lunch. Good ambience and lovely situation. Shame it wasn't open mid week while we were camping on site.

From The Purple Turtle
The Purple Turtle looks out over Litton Lake and serves proper coffee, cakes, toasties and bacon sarnies! A great spot for wild swimming, watching the wildlife, paddleboarding and countryside walks. Open to all visitors, not just campsite guests.
Dogs and children are very welcome.
The campsite is open 6 months of the year, April to September. To book camping please visit Pitchup.
