Overdeveloped - poorly - beyond reasonable belief. Density can be done well - but not here. Cramped houses and tiny streets are obstructed by parked cars because of inadequate parking. Garden layouts ensure no privacy or pleasure can be found in 'private' outdoor spaces and the whole thing is an eyesore from within and without. How this disaster of a development got through planning is anyone's guess.
