Very disappointed, have very short hair (shaved at the back) tried to book a wet cut only as blow dry is pointless, and they refused to quote just for a wet cut. Not everyone has or wants long flowing locks that require a blow dry all i need is a good cut. 1star for answering the phone although should be zero for customer service. :-(
