I have naturally curly hair, but I've always straightened it, I booked an appointment a few months ago for a wash, cut and for a professional to teach me how to embrace, style and care for my curls, and I got just that, I can't rember the lady's name (a lady with a blonde Bob) she was amazing, she styled me hair beautifully, gave hints and tips on how to style my unruly otherwise frizzy hair, she gave me product recommendations, we talked about our children and had a good laugh, she made me feel completely relaxed and cared for. Even just the hair wash was super relaxing, the chair was so comfortable. 100% recommend. Thank you new image.

New Image are amazing. They give great advice, they listen to what you would like and if that is not possible they explain why and talk you through alternative options always listening to you along the way. Every member of staff is great. I had Aston do my hair both cut then colour and the outcome is outstanding. Thank you Aston and thank you Freya for assisting with the curly blow dry xxx

Sorry but have to give a 1 star review after being turned away from my pre-booked appointment. Had issues with parking which caused me to be 15 minutes late, had to wait for a parking space as all were full. Got to the hair saloon 15 minutes after schedule, which to my disappointment they have said it is now going to be cancelled. Waste of time, fuel and journey.
