A real little gem of a place for a country getaway. Our room/suite was amazingly comfortable, the food was out-of-this-world, and service was very friendly and second to none.It is a relaxed and laid back atmosphere more redolent of a classy B & B than a posh hotel, and I liked that a lot. When the weather is better than we had in February, there are wide open spaces in view, as far as Corfe Castle and further.

We had our wedding here in August and despite the weather not being completely on our side, we still had an amazing day. The staff were amazing and accommodating to everyone?s needs and made everything run so smoothly. The food and rooms were amazing and all our guests thought so too.

We stayed in a room for one night & absolutely loved it. From the initial friendly low key welcome, cleanliness of the room, comfy beds, wonderful attentive but not intrusive staff, delicious food & relaxed atmosphere.Decor & furnishings in the room could do with a slight update however everything was spotlessly clean.Would love to return again, for longer next time.

This all about location.A jewel geographically, as the Isle of Purbecks joys abound in this area.There is much to see.Just outside Kingston village is a private yet available to all car park in the woods. A number of important walking opportunities exist from here.I guess the hotel is ideal for walker, cyclist, pet owner any outdoors type people.Some worthwhile bus services serve the village, corfe and swanage close by.My room was plain but perfectly good.Top drawer breakfast, very much all you can eat and lovely staff.Unsuitable for those wanting shops and nightspots immediately to hand, but I think those booking that will know that.Great 3 day break thereThank you.

We held a work event here. Absolutely fabulous hog roast. F4i3ndly people and beautiful surroundings. Staying over.?..Best beds in the world!Rooms: Rooms.are wonderfully large. Underfloor heating can be a bit fierce if you like a cool night's sleep. Owls lulling you to sleep and calling you to wake up in the morning. . What a treat!

Would definitely recommend this place for a great getaway. We went just for one night and it was a fantastic night. The room was amazing, very comfortable bed, very clean. The staff were super helpful and friendly and the breakfast the next morning was a great start to the day. Will definitely be back, but probably in drier and warmer weather to explore the local area.

Lovely place, a lot better than the pics suggest. Stayed one night and loved the room, food, service, everything. Only downside I can think of was wet room floor could have done with a good clean but that is being picky.Nearby activities: Corfe Castle

We had our wedding at KCC in June and cannot speak highly enough of all the staff. Julie and Roxanne were incredibly helpful throughout the planning process, both in the calls and face to face meetings we had, but also via email when it came to our many questions along the way. Leanne, Claudine, Tony and the team were fantastic over the weekend itself; enthusiastic and friendly despite the long days, and so much happened without us having to ask for anything! The food was delicious and of course the venue itself is beautiful.The layout of the venue worked so well for us and our guests - it flowed really well throughout the day and there was plenty of space for everyone to enjoy themselves while being contained enough to create an atmosphere. We had our ceremony in the garden and it was so peaceful and special. The barn was great for the evening reception, with the bar close at hand and the courtyard just there for guests to spill out into. We might be biased, but we haven?t come across another wedding venue with a space that worked so well.It?s also really special for us that we?ll be able to go back for dinner or a stay in the future to relive our special day! Thank you so much!

We visited for the weekend to attend a wedding. The rooms were lovely & spotlessly clean. Our dog was given a very warm welcome & the staff couldn't do enough to help during our stay. The food was really good & the location is stunning.
