I have taken a couple of items to Heirlooms. Most recently I had my platinum wedding ring resized and polished. I was quoted in the shop but the final cost was considerably less than I expected. Great service and the ring has a shine on it that I?ve not seen for some years.

Excellent service!We have gone to Amy for years for her knowledge, experience and exceptional duty of care and attention.Amy and her team always goes above and beyond!Recently commissioned Amy to make an eternity ring for my wife who happens to be a designer and has worked with gems for many years so knew exactly what she wanted ?.The result was exactly what my wife had dreamed of and more!A rare and unique untreated blue natural sapphire representing our blue-eyed children and diamond set arms cradling it representing us ?.Beautifully made and very reasonably priced.Very happy customers as always.

I was so pleased with the service I received from Amy and the team at Heirloom. I had a a slightly tricky diamond design on my wedding band where stones had fallen out (not originally purchased from Heirloom) and my local jewellers didn?t want to even try to repair it. Amy repaired the ring so beautifully and it meant so much that I could continue to wear my original wedding band again. The cost was very reasonable for the work they did and I was so pleased with how the ring looked. Would highly recommend their services.

I took two rings in to be repaired, my treasured engagement ring and a family heirloom. Amy was fantastic - she explained the repairs that needed carrying out, the cost and also gave me options. Both rings are now back and I must say that my engagement ring looks better than it did on the day I was proposed to! I would highly recommend Amy and her amazing team.

Fabulous service, we entrusted them with our commemorative bugle from The Rifles and they repaired it & polished it so it looked good as new. We were so pleased to get it back in time for Christmas too.

Our experience of Heirlooms is very disappointing. The rings are beautiful, but the customer service is shocking and that is straight from the boss. My wife was made to feel like it was her fault after a ring that we purchased kept breaking and they would not take any responsibility, insisting my wife was wearing the ring to hard. The truth is the ring was worn a handful of times and clearly wasn?t the everyday ring we were told it would be upon purchase.Each time the necessary repairs cost us money and didn?t fix the issue, we even had the choice of spending a lot more than the ring originally cost when they suggested we should get it remodelled into a totally new design! The result is we have ended up paying to get the ring back from their workshop and we are left with a ring that has damaged claws because we weren?t prepared to spend more out when in fact they weren?t fit for purpose originally.We will not be returning and definitely not recommending. Very disappointed.

I went to Heirlooms to mend my white gold wedding ring that had broken when I caught it on something. It had been broken for over a year and I didn?t think anyone would be able to fix it.However I took it to Heirlooms and within two weeks it was like new. They even cleaned it so it was so shiny!! Thank you soooo much. Highly recommend you!

I have been to Amy and her lovely team a few times now, they have always done fantastic work on each and every piece, from simple ring sizing to designing and I feel so welcomed & in such safe hands every time.This time was a little different as I was taking in a very special project for Amy to oversee for me, a piece of designing that I had in the back of my mind for several years, all of it centered around a stone that I had fallen in love with. I really was putting every faith in her and her team to safeguard this project. Armed with a rough design, some scribbled notes & the stone, I went in to Wareham to discuss it.As always, I was welcomed warmly & Amy was so attentive to everything, listening to each point & talking through the options. I always imagine that it is so hard for any business to try & realize a client's envisioned result & it surely comes with no small amount of pressure to achieve what is anticipated and desired. I was so grateful that they agreed to take the project on for me. I left it in her capable hands for a proper design sketch, an initial quotation & shortly after she contacted me again for the go ahead. The project was in motion.The team at Heirlooms Jewellery & their meticulous workshop set to the task. They were to set my centre stone along with a halo of very small and delicate accent stones, setting so many tiny stones in itself was not an easy task & I admire the sheer dedication & patience shown.The day came for me to collect it & Amy slides the box to me for the grand unveiling.It was so beautiful!It was everything I had hoped for & more, the team at Heirlooms Jewellers took my vague descriptions & literally pulled the piece out of my imagination & into reality, it could not have been more perfect, I was so happy.Amy indulged my gushing & allowed me to have my emotional moment while we admired the final piece together, years of plotting & planning in the works & it was finally real & tangible in my hands.Every stone set perfectly, not a single one out of place, the whole piece had been polished meticulously and presented in it's own quality jewellery box.This is what sets Amy and her team apart, they have a genuine love & passion for every piece, it is so much more than just the business for them & because of that, they want each piece to be the best that it can be; whether that is restoring something or creating it from new.They have always been very open & honest with their pricing & it is very fair for the wonderful work they do. I have complete faith when I say that every piece which passes into their hands is given the highest level of attention & care. I would happily recommend them without a moment of hesitation & will continue to call on them for any future projects or pieces needing TLC.I am so thankful to the whole team.
