Whilst visiting the new Forest with my family this week I had the misfortune of suffering a puncture. By good fortune I noticed as I was nearing Dawson Engineering in Burley. I popped in and asked if they could help. They said they would and even suggested a lovely spot for me to take my two young children for a bite of lunch whilst they dropped everything to change my tyre. On my return I tried to pay and they refused! What could have been a real pain turned out to be the smallest issue thanks to them and more importantly really restored my faith in human nature!
