Poor Hygiene, poor customer service, really bad set of gel nails, I will have to have them taken off, they are so bad, application poor, not filed properly, no prep work done, and the whole experience took 90mins!

Bad smell (damp). Poor hygiene with old kit and very poor wax job. She even left the room to have a chat to another client who wanted to move an appointment leaving the wax drying on my body - avoid! there is another beauty business a street away.

Highly recommend this salon. I have had acrylic nails, waxing, spray tans for 15years + and i since finding cr8tive I?ve stayed a regular customer for 10 years. Such a lovely salon, friendly, fun but professional staff who always go above and beyond.Would never go anywhere else for any beauty treatments.

I came here for the first time for my 9th birthday party and now since I?m older have started coming regularly for eyebrow wax and the odd treat. I have always been welcomed and treated like family. Lovely, comfortable environment and would highly recommend.

This salon is very friendly and down to earth. As you walk in you are always given a warm welcome and we spend the next hour or so laughing and talking. I then leave with my beautiful nails ready to face the world. I wouldn?t go anywhere else.
