Beautiful setting, lovely atmosphere, good food, definitely worth a visit. Note menu changes most days.

Quite a strange experience, sat in a corner by the fire as we walked in, waited quite some time to be sat at a table which were mostly empty so not sure whe we weren't sat at a table from the beginning. Food was poor. Unseasoned and I had a pie which was like soup with the amount of liquid in it. As for service although... read full comment
