Moved to Verwood recently. First time in there queued only to be told they don?t do Royal Mail QR codes so I went and printed my own labels, queued again to be told they don?t take Roayl Mail as they are undercutting the Post office. Okay. So I queue up again today to get an important letter POP only to be told they don?t do proof of postage for stamps. What a post office. I?ll find another one with more accommodating staff.

Being a new resident of Verwood I went to this, my local post office to send a parcel that I had paid and labelled for online. They refused to accept my parcel because they say they are running a business ( A post office !)and do not make any money if paid for online. Clearly they do not understand the principle of ?on-sales?, where a customer might, whilst in the post office decide to purchase items from the shop. Understanding their business principles has therefore helped me decide never to go to Verwood Post Office again.

If you are wishing to send a parcel, save your time by NOT using this Post Office as they will refuse to take it as they \\\"don't get paid for it\\\".\\nI'm sure that the Verwood Post Office will not mind this review as I am probably doing them a great favour. The next nearest Post Office is in 3X. Easier to park, no queues and always helpful. ?

Not happy with post office service on 1st March 2023. The lady serving behind the post office counter was being very helpful to a customer and the process was taking time. The male gentleman behind the counter near the food area had his position closed until finally opening it. He was very abrupt bordering on rude, he didn?t even weigh my oversees letter and when I queried if the correct postage was on he still didn?t weigh it. Sadly the letter still hasn?t arrived st it?s destination which it should have by now.

Excellent service, I renewed my passport recently and the extremely helpful lady working there filled out all the info, took my photo and sent it off. A small charge on top of the normal cost to renew but it covered photo cost and recorded delivery. I received my passport back within a week, having been updated by text at every step. Highly recommend

Not really a post office. Firstly told me they charge more than Royal Mail for parcels ? because ?they are not Royal Mail but Post Office (sic!). Then would not accept pre paid Royal Mail label (signed for) saying ?they don?t accept it in this Post Office?. No explanation why, no sorry, no signposting, nothing. Zero customer service skills. Will avoid at all costs.

Use this post office for all my business and personal needs, offer a Great Service ,Always good advice and very friendly service, with the new refurb a real asset to the Verwood community as we are losing so many of our local post offices.

I printed off a Royal Mail label from eBay and they would not accept this. They wanted me to buy a label from them for 20p more. What?s going on? I have mobility issues and now have to make another journey to a post office that will accept it. I will use EVRI from now on.

They don't accept parcels with prepaid labels. I was told that "it doesn't help us".

Rude woman who runs the post office. She said they don't accept prepaid signed for letters because it doesn't benefit her business. I don't usually sell on eBay so wasn't sure if I can pop them in the letterbox or something else, but instead of explaining to me if I'm covered by doing this, she would rather just repeat again that taking the letters doesn't benefit her business.
