I went in at the weekend for advice and the pharmacist was very kind. She even called me a few days later to check I was ok and check I had been to the doctor. Great customer service. Thank you

The pharmacy came up trumps again. I needed some urgent prescriptions filling and Mark did them for me in five minutes . Top service again and I have had some very good advice from Paula over the years which has been very helpful. I may have to wait five minutes or so but it's well worh it for the help and advice which is always available.
Paula has even phoned my wife on occasion to make ure she understood the instructions when I have collected medicine on her behalf.

It?sq shame they take so long, I?m form up near London and the time difference where everything ng is quick is just insane. About 5 of them standing around doing nothing with a big queue of people. It?s ridiculous.

There are 5 people behind the counter and only 1 of them serves the customer. I had to wait a good 5 minutes to be served. Very poor customer service.

Went in morrissons to collect a prescription only had to wait 5 mins. Mark the pharmacist brought it out to me and was helpful and friendly

Went to morrissons to put in a prescription this week was asked to wait 20 mins. Prescription was ready within 10 mins. Always friendly staff also Mark was very helpful and friendly when discussing my prescription

Best pharmacy in Verwood.NEVER mess up my prescriptions.Paula is amazing ,nothings ever too much trouble.It doesn't matter how busy she iz,she makes time to discuss and explain things.Ok,so they aren't always smiley,but i hav never had a problem with them.i changed from Verwood pharmacy (which are actually more convenient for me)because of the immense stress they caused me,particularly when expecting my baby,best pharmacy in Verwood?

Personally I have never had a bad experience at the pharmacy. They are always helpful and friendly, despite the fact that their work-load has increased dramatically with the closure of another local pharmacy. It cannot be an easy task getting everyone's medication correct and ready on time with the demands made upon them.

I would not give this place any star rating.When you can't get a doctor's appointment, you would hope a pharmacists be the next best thing to help you, especially when your in the worst pain.They don't give you what you ask for and give you something else that won't work either and make you sick.I highly recommend you go elsewhere for medical treatment or help, to save you wasting your time.This is the second time I've had problems getting something, last time it was for my child.

Hideous customer service, every time myself or my wife ask for something they refuse or make it very difficult and make us feel like drug addicts. Not had this issue in any other local pharmacy. I?ve had an intense migraine for a couple of days, doctors too busy to schedule a telephone appointment until tomorrow and was refused effective migraine relief and was instead given a very low dosage co-codamol that does nothing. Very unpleasant attitude too. I?m not one to complain but this service is on another level of bad.

Ridiculous, go in there to buy a product they state is for a different use as to what it actually is meant to be for and refuses to sell it to you as they are risking there license and then after says she would have sold it to me but now they aren't. When stating I have been told by a medical professional to buy this specific product I then get asked why I don't have a prescription for something you can buy over the counter ??Rude and very short tempered pharmacist

Who is that guy behind the counter in his white tunic asking so many questions as if he is a doctor . A queue builds up. Just give people what they ask for snd stop being a pain.
