The supermarket regularly runs out of staples such as milk, bread, et cetera. Stocking trolleys are often left unattended in the aisles.

In and out got what I needed. Previous occasions there have been too many carts left about and trollies with food waiting to be put on shelves.
Makes it difficult not just for shopping trollies prams and wheelchairs.

I popped in for a coffee and cake snack. Majority of the tables were full of used crockery. The coffee machine was out of coffee beans, which I informed the young man behind the counter. I then helped myself to another coffee.
He spent a large proportion of his time chatting to a member of staff in the kitchen with his back to the customer area, and then another young man who came in took his attention, leaving a couple of new customers waiting at the till.
Overall a lack of customer awareness, or concern generally.
It was not busy so it struck me that his time could have been better utilised! Further issues appeared to have been occurring at the coffee machine, as I was about to leave.
Another member of staff arrived, cleared so tables, then went behind the scenes...

After seeing a specific shiraz on offer online I tried to buy some on store. The website said out of stock so I couldn't order for delivery or 'click n collect'.
However when I went in person the stores own inventory said there were 28 cases in the store room.
Tom at the customer service desk searched for 20 minutes but couldn't find any.
They continued searching the next day and eventually found it, put six bottles aside for ne and gave me a call at home.

Appalling l went to use vacuum, it took money but did not start , the assistant did not come out to see what the problem was ,he also declined to return my money ,they took my phone number but have not called ,a week later , its not as nice as it was when Original morrisons staff were running it l will not be going back

Visit Wednesday 13-11-2024.
Very disappointing visit to this store on this day / Loads of shelves empty and loads of shelves not faced up. Very cold all over the store. On getting to check out Baileys should have been £8-50 with goods purchased over £45.00 , our total was £95-00.
Stupid promotion. Just do it at £10-00. Cashier under pressure do I think due to lack of staff. New Manager needed ?
Normally bright well run store. What is the problem. Doesn't happen Lidl or Aldi or for that matter Sainsburys.
Come on guys it's tough out there.

Disappointed.
I've been shopping here on and off for a year now. I don't know what is going on but the shelves are generally understocked and at times it's impossible to take advantage of the multi buy deals because the stock is lacking.
So poor and not what I have come to expect from a national store.
I can only assume the store manager hasn't got a grasp on things.

I have never been in a supermarket so cold and dark! Not the best experience and if you have to go there then I recommend bringing a coat
