The drinks machine has been broken since last year. When I asked the staff if it'll ever be fixed, I was told that half of the machines in the kitchen are also broken and management don't care. I'd avoid this place. The staff have given up.

As previously stated its Understaffed, but the food is reasonably priced and tasty, especially the breakfast, coffee is OK, but the earlier Barista coffee bar there was the best in Verwood, but the self-service machines when they work ? now don't cut the mustard.

Been in for breakfast a couple of times recently. General observation on both occasions , lack of staff, coffee machine out of order as usual, general cleanliness could be improved as floor needed sweeping and tables wiped but for this to happen more staff needed.
