Clare at Irving and Sons has been fantastic through the whole process of purchasing our house and sorting the chain out. It wasn?t easy at times but she made a huge difference and worked so hard on it. I don?t plan on ever moving again but if I did I would only want to sell my property with her due to the experience we have had. Thanks to everyone there for the support.

I can?t recommend Irvings enough!! Clare is absolutely brilliant. She really listened to what I wanted in a house and got me my dream property. Other local agents I feel didn?t listen at all and sent me the complete opposite of what I asked for (I?m 24, I don?t want a retirement flat). It?s so refreshing to work with people who genuinely care about getting it right.
I never had to chase for info & was always kept in the loop even with the smallest of updates. Everyone is SO lovely. Thank you Irvings!!

Recently used Irving and Sons to sell and purchase a new property in the area, they were brilliant from start to finish, very accommodating and easy to deal with. I would highly recommend them as an estate agent as they know the market and area well, plus you get quality caring service.

The lettings team at Irvings have been fantastic. We moved into a rental property following a leak in our own home. The team were highly professional and caring and maintained excellent communication throughout our stay in the rental. Any questions or issues were dealt with promptly. We've been with Irving's as renters for just shy of 10 years. They've seen us through alot of milestones in our family and have provided 2 excellent properties. They not only supported us when things went array in the rented aspect but also when we were buying our first home.

Clare Wright at Irving & Sons has been fantastic during our property search in Verwood and our eventual purchase. She is very knowledgeable about the housing scene in Verwood and steered us clear of some properties that would not have suited us. She worked tirelessly when helping to get our purchase over the line. If and when we move, we will definitely be in touch with Clare!

contacted irvings in regards to property that was posted for rent, the day after I received an email saying that someone would be in touch but heard nothing. the very next day the property was updated to let agreed. would have been nice to have at least some contact as I also would have gave the deposit there and then. as usuall not what you know know but who you know. second bad experience now, I would have thought that a company with such a high rating and awards for excellence would be more professional.

Irving and Sons are incredibly professional, always on the ball and working very hard to sell your property. I was impressed by them 11 years ago when they sold me a house, and I was even more impressed when I contracted them to sell it. I have mostly dealt with Nolan and Claire, who are both amazing, but every single member of staff and interaction I have had with them has been excellent. It is not often that you come across a company that offers such great service and experience. Highly recommend them!
