We have used Springbok for over a year now after being recommended, and they are fantastic. All the staff are very knowledgeable and always helpful. Its such a great peace of mind knowing our dog is in the safest hands when we need them. Highly recommended.

This evening we had our precious cat of 19yrs put to sleep. Vaughan and his staff were excellent. So compassionate and caring and allowed us time at the end to say our goodbyes without being rushed or pressured.

This is a very friendly and caring practice and one we use on a regular basis. We have been with them for 30 plus years and have had nothing but care and consideration for them.The vets are down to earth and we trust them totally.

Not at all impressed by the service of this vets, I telephoned for an appointment as I had a canary with a broken leg the birds leg was displaying the broken bone sticking out at right angles, the receptionist said that they would have an appointment the following day as I was on their books, however, I called them back as the birds leg started to bleed profusely and spoke with the same receptionist, she said she would ask the vet when he was free about my coming in to the practice with the bleeding bird, I heard nothing.VERY CARING,One can only assume that they have very little knowledge of dealing with our feathered friends.

It's joint with my local vets at Alderholt, and i can honestly say i wouldn't go anywhere eles, they have a lot of compassion when it comes down to our pets/fur babies and they are very friendly and welcoming, i was there a couple of weeks ago with my cat and on examination he had to have x-rays galore, the receptionist knew i was worried and she so reassuring, she even offered me a cup of tea which was nice,
