Cinnamon Lounge is excellent. Run by two great managers who always do their best and are warm and friendly.
The food is delicious - I am slowly working my way through their extensive menu.

For some reason, the chicken was boiled and was lacking in texture, flavours good but the texture took away from a good meal
I have eaten here many times over the last 14 years and always had good food, Something has changed. Unfortunately, all 4 of us came away thinking the same thing we won't be rushing back.

Wish I'd seen these reviews before ordering. Ordered at 1718, told it would be 40-60 minutes, no problem with that. However it didn't turn up until 1 hour 30 minutes later. I'd ordered tandori chicken off the bone with garlic rice, I received tandori chicken on the bone with plain rice. When I rang to complain I was told, "there must have been a mistake" (you don't say) and "I'll make a note on the system (without taking my name) and the next time you order we may give you a free boiled rice" Avoid this place like the plague, they don't deliver what you pay for, they don't deliver on time, and as others have noted, the customer service is abysmal.

Friendliest Indian on the south coast. We?ve eaten in and had a takeaway many times. The service is always great. Try the Naga potato?s for something really spicy. We love loads of their options. Food is always hot and fresh.

Phoned at 6.00 pm and placed a large order for 7 adults to be delivered at 8.00 p.m. to Wimborne St Giles as we were celebrating our 40th anniversary with our family. It arrived late at 8.40 p.m. but unfortunately was lacking one of the main courses and with 5 pilau rice dishes instead of 2 pilau rice and 3 naan. They did deliver the missing main course within 25 minutes with a complementary beer after I phoned but it's hard to sit down together to eat when one person hasn't got their meal so it spoilt our night. It certainly gave us a very poor impression. The food was reasonable. I should have taken notice of the other reviews regarding delivery on here. I will not use them again when we stay here.

Don?t order through their website as apparently they do not own the rights to it. You have to wait 3-5 working days (5 days). They cancel your order then if you want to collect instead have to pay again ?. They then lie about why they can?t bring you your food by adding miles that aren?t correct, the real reason being they don?t have a driver. ShamblesDo not recommend.Shame because the food is very good.

Absolutely disgusting place. Ordered a takeaway online which was accepted they took our money then refused the order and will not refund us! Called and asked for a refund to which the man refused to give us, offered to pay more for delivery (even though it states clearly on their website they deliver to Ringwood!) he denied this, said it?s too far to deliver even though it says the do on the website. Offered to take our order for collection but wanted to charge us again and not refund us!!!!!! Half way through the call he admitted they cancelled our order because they don?t have a delivery driver tonight!!!!!! Still refused to refund us and told us we will have to wait 3-5 business days for this to be refunded. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING PLACE.
