I ordered some items at my local Travis Perkins and the only depot with stock was Swanage, the materials were ordered and it was arranged that Hamworthy would collect them and I would collect from there. Unfortunately that didn't happen so I spoke to Adam at Swanage and he went out of his way to make it possible for me to meet his delivery driver and collect the items. Adam, Lee and the rest of the staff at Swanage are a credit to Travis Perkins

Excellent, friendly service. Never had better customer care in a diy store. Knowledgeable staff who find goods for you and offered to carry my heavy goods to the car, meaning visits can be very quick when your in a hurry. Plenty of stock available. Limited parking close to the entrance/exit in the yard, but I've never had a problem, and there's space in the road just outside. Can't fault the place, apart from lower prices sometimes available elsewhere, but who needs extra hassle, time and travel when what you need is on your doorstep?

What a credit this team are to Travis Perkins. Helpful, kind, courteous and friendly they go over and above delivering a super service on their products and after sales service. The prices are very reasonable too! Thank you always a pleasure dropping in getting my DIY bits and pieces ?

Friendly staff, each time I visit they have what I need. Thank you.And finally, nothing to do with the review but it makes me smile....Did You Ever Hear The One About Two Guys Hanging A Mirror?Two guys are putting up a mirror for a friend. Being DIY novices, they struggle all day. Finally, they get the mirror hung, but it looks awful. It?s uneven, smeared and at the wrong height. The friend walks in to check on and is instantly upset, knowing his wife will be mad when she gets home. At this point, one guy turns to the other and says "this reflects poorly on us both".
