We spent our wedding night at the hotel and the staff were so welcoming and thoughtful, they all truly went above and beyond to make sure our stay was amazingly memorable

Service was excellent, staff very helpful, rooms only get a 3 as we were above dining/bar and sound proofing not great, but it is an old building.

Really disapointing. 35 minutes to take drinks order and i had to prompt them for a menu. 70 minutes later we got the mains. No one asked us how our food was and tables that ordered after us got their food before us.
Really really disapointed for alot of money that was paid for that special occasion meal.
