Clearly either Ian or Paul has gotten a mate of theirs to write something nice about them to cover up their incompetence. ?Heavenly goward?, really?
However, it is also highly likely due to the lack of punctuation, poor grammar and incorrect spelling that this is in fact Ian himself on a secondary email masquerading as a ?loyal customer?.
Once again - pathetic, cowardly and negligent.

I have been a customer in the shop for many years and after reading the previous review I am deeply hurt and I know the manager and deputy manager are not who he describes them to be they are lovely kind people who look after the local comunity and there staff members

A shop in which you can mostly find books and dvds, not much more. The Prices are OK, and the people working here too. It's small, it's Nice, you may find something for you here, but others shops in the area have more things to sell, however you will help a charity with this shop
