We were selling the property of our late parents, that had been a family home and full of wonderful memories for many years. From the onset Corbens provided a professional and friendly service to myself and fellow Executors. Whether I got in touch with them by email or by phone they were fast to respond to any queries raised. We felt we were in very capable hands at a sensitive time and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them as a very capable team. Thankyou all from us all and for going the extra mile trying to sort any hiccups on the way.

Corbens went above and beyond on a number of occasions. Without their support I am not sure we would have achieved the purchase. Not to mention that throughout the process they were friendly, professional, timely and informative.

Corbens acted for us in the recent sale of our flat in Swanage. We have been very happy with Nick Corben who has dealt with the sale throughout. Corbens have a very thorough and longstanding knowledge of Swanage (we purchased our flat through them 25 years ago when they were also very professional and helpful). The sale has not been easy as the the first buyers dropped out and then there were issues with the freeholders which created further delays. Throughout Nick Corben has been very responsive, calm and helpful in helping us and the buyers navigate a somewhat stressful situation. He has communicated and negotiated with workmen on our behalf, negotiated with our buyers, and helped with many practical issues that have cropped up. We would highly recommend them.

We bought our house in Swanage through Corbens and found them professional, open and honest and they were especially helpful in sharing their excellent local knowledge. Now happily settled in the town we have talked to them several times for valuations and general advice on the housing market and they have, as ever, been friendly, responsive and willing to help.
